Pictures from my last fight that I got from the m1 website, link above:
http://www.m1mixfight.com/info/overviews/2008/7/1/battle_on_the_neva_2_photo2/ As u can see in the pictures this is the fight that I lost, in the beginning of the fight my oponent put in trouble with a good guilhotin choke, but that was it, I scaped and put him in much more trouble as u can see:
I lost my fight against the russian, I(and almost everyone who saw the fight) think that I won, but it was against a home boy, so the decision went in his favor, should, if they wanted to give him a chance, at least to be a draw and we would have another round, but u know what, never mind cause it was my fault, my master Jamelão always said, "never let a fight go to decision especially against a home boy", I couldn't finish him, so no complaining, other oportunitys will come and hopefully soon I can find the video to post so u can have your own opnion.
Check this out, last weekend my master Eduardo Jamelão won the open class of the South American jiu jitsu competition, link above, sorry that is in portuguese but basicly it says that Jamela rocks:
http://www.tatame.com.br/2008/06/24/Thiago-Alves-leva-absoluto-do-Sul-Americano-da-CBJJE Friday I will have a fight in Russia, in a M1 competition, unfortunally my team mate got hurt and I will have to go up one weight category, doesn't matter, I will go there and I will do my best just like I learn with my master.
